Common questions
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Sign up and add your payment method — your card is captured up front but not charged during the trial. You get the full platform — every module including Claims and Repricing — for 14 days, capped at 100 SKUs. Cancel anytime from the Billing page; your data is preserved. After day 14, your selected paid tier kicks in.
What’s the difference between Beginner, Advanced and Pro?
Beginner adds Profit Analytics, Invoices, Team Access and multi-channel (Amazon + eBay) on top of the core. Advanced adds Claims — reimbursement workflows and evidence packs. Pro adds Repricing — automated price changes that protect your margin.
Can I change tier later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately and your bill adjusts automatically once paid tiers go live.
How many Amazon accounts can I connect?
Each subscription includes one Amazon Seller Central account. Trial is limited to one marketplace. Multi-marketplace allowances on paid tiers land pre-launch.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is kept for 30 days after cancellation. You can export everything during that period. After 30 days, it is permanently deleted.
